KELLY'S BIOGRAPHY


 
Kelly Parkes has a solid background as a Government Certified Goldsmith,
a Machine Engraver and a Hand Engraver. 

He has 45 years experience, and for 6 years taught his techniques and knowledge in the Jewellery Manufacture and Repair Program at Vancouver Community College. 

He was also a member of the Jewellery Advisory Board from 1968 to 1977, and is now a member of the B.C. Travellers Association.
